  • You can pay by BACS. Details are given with your hire agreement. You can also pay by cheque to South Creake War Memorial Pavilion.

  • You can arrange to pick up a programmed key card, or one of the trustees can meet you at the hall to let you in and come back later to lock up.

  • Yes, £100 refundable deposit is payable for bookings. The money will be refunded if no damage has been caused during the hire.

  • Yes, there are two disabled car parking spaces, a ramp for access to the building and a disabled toilet.

  • You will get a free 15 minutes each side of your hire time to set up and clean away but if you think its insufficient then extra time will need to be included in your booking time. It can be arranged for you to set up the day before your event if the hall is free, however, there will be a charge for this.

  • We ask that you leave the room as it was found, so sweeping the floor and cleaning the tables and kitchen after use is asked after hire please. It is not necessary to mop the floor.

  • We have twenty large folding tables measuring 180cms (71 1/4 “) x 75cms (29 1/2) and ten small folding tables measuring 80cms (31 1/2 “) x 75cms (29 1/2”).

  • The chairs are black upholstery with silver frames.

  • Hooks are provided around the hall for hanging decorations. Blutack can be used but we ask that no cellotape is used please as this marks the walls.

  • Yes, there is a plug and hot water heater with a tap which can be provide hot water for hot drinks.

  • There are 100 place settings.

  • No, we don’t, so you can give alcoholic drinks away for free, or you will need a licensed bar for your event.

  • No, we don’t, so usually we use bluetooth speaker as we have Wifi available.
